Plastic Injection Molding
Custom Injection Molding
Injection molding - is a method to obtain molded products by injecting plastic materials molten by heat into a mold, and then cooling and solidifying them.
We offer innovative solutions in part, product and mold design, project management, mold sourcing and development, production molding, and secondary operations for a wide range of industries.
Double Injection Molding
Double Injection molding – is to make plastic materials with two different texture or color and to be completed in one molding process, and the after-molding product has the character of two different texture or color.
Double Injection (2-material, 2-shot molding or 2K molding), is a manufacturing process used to produce complicated molded parts from two different materials. 2K molding optimizes co-polymerization of hard and soft materials to create powerful molecular bond. The result is a single part with production and feature advantages. It can be used for a variety of product designs across all industries.
Thermoformed Plastic
Regulus works with customers to make sure the technology, production processes, and materials are right for each individual job. There are circumstances where other plastic manufacturing processes such as thermoformed plastics are a better choice compared to injection molding.
Based on the product design and applications, we're offering pressure thermoforming, vacuum thermoforming and twin sheet thermoforming along with various value-added services.
Thermoforming is typically used for production quantities of 250 to 3000 annually, offering lower tooling costs, rapid product development cycles, and parts with color and texture.
