PCBA Manufacturing Scope for Quote Review
PCB assembly quote review can cover the applicable manufacturing, programming, inspection, and testing requirements defined in your RFQ package. Relevant capabilities include:

Manufacturability Review: At the RFQ stage, we review available project files for key manufacturability concerns and clarification items. Formal DFM / DFT review is performed after order confirmation where applicable.

SMT Assembly: Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly supports high-density components, miniature packages, and other applicable surface-mount designs.

THT & DIP Assembly: Through-hole and DIP assembly are available for components and designs requiring through-hole insertion and soldering.

IC Programming: Firmware programming can be included when the required firmware files, programming instructions, device information, and applicable acceptance requirements are provided.

Inspection & Testing: 100% AOI is applied to SMT and THT assemblies. X-ray inspection is used for BGA where applicable, while functional testing can be performed according to defined procedures, fixtures, and acceptance criteria.

Turnkey PCB Assembly: PCB fabrication, component sourcing, and PCB assembly can be combined within a turnkey manufacturing scope according to project requirements.
PCB Assembly Inquiry Checklist and Required RFQ Files
For PCB assembly quote review, please complete the Product Survey and provide the applicable RFQ files listed below. Core quotation files typically include the BOM, Gerber files, Pick & Place data, assembly drawing, PCB Requirements, and required quantities. Programming, testing, conformal coating, inspection, and packing documents should be included where applicable to your project scope.

PCBA Quote and Order Process
After the required RFQ files and project requirements are received, the project proceeds through quotation, order confirmation, engineering review, production preparation, assembly, inspection and testing, and shipment.
Step 1: RFQ Review
Submit the BOM, Gerber files, Pick & Place data, assembly drawings, quantities, and applicable programming or testing requirements for initial technical and sourcing review.
Step 2: Quotation
We prepare the PCB assembly quotation and estimated lead time based on the defined manufacturing scope, material requirements, quantities, and applicable programming or testing requirements.
Step 3: Order Confirmation & DFM/DFT Review
After order confirmation, the project proceeds to formal DFM / DFT review where applicable. Manufacturing, assembly, testability, and clarification items are reviewed before production preparation.
Step 4: Production Preparation & Tooling
Production data and required tooling are prepared, including SMT stencils, soldering pallets, programming or testing fixtures, and other project-specific production aids where required.
Step 5: PCBA Production
PCB assembly proceeds according to the approved production data and project scope, including applicable SMT, THT / DIP, and programming processes.
Step 6: Quality Control & Testing
100% AOI is applied to SMT and THT assemblies. BGA assemblies receive X-ray inspection where applicable, and defined functional testing is performed according to the agreed test scope and acceptance criteria.
Step 7: Packaging & Delivery
Completed assemblies are packaged according to the agreed packing requirements and prepared for shipment to the specified destination.
