Please provide your board material, layer count, dimensions, surface finish, quantity, and any special requirements so we can review manufacturability and prepare a quotation with an estimated lead time.
PCB Types for Fabrication Quote Review
PCB quote review is available for rigid, flexible, and rigid-flex designs based on the submitted fabrication data and board requirements.

Rigid PCB: Rigid board constructions for applications requiring structural stability and defined thermal or electrical performance.

Flexible PCB: Lightweight and bendable constructions for space-constrained or dynamic-flex designs, including high-density layouts where applicable.

Rigid-Flex PCB: Hybrid rigid and flexible constructions for products with combined mechanical and electrical requirements.
PCB Inquiry Checklist and Required RFQ Files
For PCB quote review, please complete the required Product Survey and provide your PCB Requirements, Gerber files, and any applicable fabrication specifications. The PCB requirements should identify key information such as board material, layer count, dimensions, surface finish, quantity, and special requirements.
Please email the completed files to sales@reguluspec.com or provide a downloadable link for larger Gerber or RFQ files. We will review the submitted information before confirming the quotation and estimated lead time.
PCB Quote and Order Process
After the required PCB files and specifications are received, the project proceeds through technical review, quotation, fabrication preparation, production, inspection, and shipment. The exact process may vary according to board construction and project requirements.
Step 1: RFQ Review
Submit your PCB Gerber files and project specifications for initial technical and fabrication review.
Step 2: Quotation
A quotation is prepared based on the submitted PCB requirements, quantity, fabrication conditions, and estimated lead time.
Step 3: DFM & CAM Review
The fabrication data is reviewed for manufacturability and prepared for PCB production. Any design-rule conflicts, missing information, or fabrication issues requiring clarification are identified before production preparation.
Step 4: Production Preparation & Tooling
Approved fabrication data, panelization, and required production tooling are prepared according to the board construction and manufacturing requirements.
Step 5: PCB Fabrication
Fabrication proceeds according to the approved production data, including applicable imaging, etching, drilling, lamination, and surface-finishing processes.
Step 6: Quality Control & Electrical Testing
Electrical testing and visual inspection are performed according to the agreed inspection scope and applicable acceptance criteria, including relevant IPC requirements where specified.
Step 7: Packaging & Delivery
Completed boards are packaged and prepared for shipment according to the agreed delivery terms and destination.
