COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
On January 6, 2021, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued five final rules on taking expedited action on specific persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT) chemicals to address risk and reduce exposures as required under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 6(h). The five PBT chemicals are listed in below table:
Based on the TSCA conformity survey results of the raw materials, this Statement certifies that the PCB assemblies manufactured by Regulus comply with the requirements for the five PBT chemicals under the TSCA section 6(h).
